BANQUETS DEPARTMENT:
*** SECOND COOK: Minimum of two years commercial cooking experience required. Good working knowledge of general cooking techniques, such as: sauté, grilling, broiling, vegetable and starch prep. Must be able to read and speak English at a level to communicate with coworkers and perform basic mathematical functions in order to follow recipe card formulas. Ability to perform tasks in quickly, accurately and in an organized manner.
GUEST ROOM DINING
*** ORDER TAKER/CASHIER (Part Time/Temporary): To take Room Service orders accurately and collect payments and make change to close out guest checks totaling food and beverage purchases in a professional, friendly, timely and courteous manner.
