Hill St. Built in 1901, running northwest from the west corner of Third and Hill Streets, the Angels Flight funicular railway carried commuters up and down Bunker Hill, which was filled with Victorian homes at the time. The historic funicular was moved during the redevelopment of Bunker Hill, and has since been restored and sits near the Grand Central Market. |
